The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Usually, it takes 3-7 business days to prepare the order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. However, an email will be sent to you if the processing time is abnormal. Please pay attention to your email box about our notification whether about the shipping notification or the processing problem.
How do I cancel an order?

How long will my order take to arrive?
We put a lot of energy on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. It usually takes 5-20 business days to arrive in your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's post office. For more on shipping details, please refer here for further information.
Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?
Check about your email or the spam list. Shipped orders will be notified via an email.
Normally, it takes 3-7 business days to prepare orders for shipping. If you have not received an email about shipping 7 days after you’ve placed the order, please check about your email box if there is something wrong with the processing or just contact Flirtyfull Customer Service at email@example.com.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. There should be notification of your order status. Alternatively if you can´t find the confirmation email, you can contact the Flirtyfull Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, they will help you with the information you require.
At the moment, we have warehouses in the US and China. Products will be shipped from the nearest facility where they are in stock.
How do I choose my size?
Each item comes with a size guide that specifically fits that garment. Please note that sizes may vary between garments, so before ordering visit the size guide of the item you are interested in. Under no circumstances should you be guided by the size you normally wear. If your measurements are between two different sizes we recommend opting for the largest size.
What does one-size mean?
One size does not mean the item will fit all, it means that the item comes only in one size. The size details will be shown on each product page. Please look at the size guide of the garment and if it fits your measurements before placing an order.
Will I receive the same item I see in the photo?
Yes, the items of the photos are exactly the same. Please note that the color of the items may vary slightly due to photography and your own computer monitor.
If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card info to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In case your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or payment method.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No, the system will only allow you to use one coupon for one order.
Why do I need to verify my payment on my order?
Detailed personal information may be required for orders selected randomly by our fraud prevention team for further verification before sending out. It is our responsibility to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If the verification is not complete within a week, your order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.
When will I be charged?
Money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. But if your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may still appear as though Flirtyfull has proceeded with the transactions. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds for a short period of time.
What currencies do your accept for payment?
All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate would depend on your issuing credit card company being used on the transaction.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Paypal, credit cards and debit cards are all acceptable at Flirtyfull.
As it is an international shipping, shipping will take some time to be updated when it is in transit or in the customs checking, also it will take time to get the updated info from the shipping company. We will try our best to update that info for you.

Why does the tracking service show that the package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?
Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. If you still cannot find your package neither, please do not hesitate to contact Flirtyfull Customer Service.
Why was my order divided into two or more packages?
Orders might be divided into different packages due to a difference in processing time and different warehouse location.
Why was my package returned?
The following reasons might cause the return of your package:
1) Wrong or incomplete delivery address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Misc. reasons
Feel free to contact us if you were not able to retrieve the package from the shipping company or local post office.
What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?
Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.
The tracking service shows that the attempted delivery of my package was unsuccessful, (or my package has been returned back to sender). What should I do?
Check for your package with the shipping company or local post office with the tracking number first.
If you still cannot find your package, contact Flirtyfull Customer Service as soon as possible. We will offer you an appropriate solution accordingly.
Are there any additional fees?
Normally, customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
We will process the refund within 5-7 days after we get your package in our warehouse, and done the package checking. Then the refund time will depend on the international bank transfer period. Normally credit card will take 10-15 working days, while paypal will take 48 working hours. Do not worry, when the refund is authorized we will send you an automatic mail with all the details.
How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase follow these steps:

Can I have a full refund for the return?
We will offer a full refund of items you have returned, but coupon and FlirrtyPoints used will not be refund as money. And please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
What is the status of my return or exchange?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, therefore, please remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. Once your return/exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.
Which items cannot be returned or refunded?
Free gifts or promotional items, accessories (except scarves and bags) and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. For swimwear, intimates and bodysuits, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service.
What if I received a defected item?
If you received a defected item, please contact us through our return center within 20 days of deliver.
Please send us a description of the defection with a few photos. We will then get the issue resolved as soon as possible. If you return the item without confirming with our customer service first, will not be able to accept the item you returned. The refund request will also not be processed.
What if I received a wrong item?
If you received a wrong item, you may contact us through our return center within 20 days of receipt. Please send us a few photos of the label on the wrong package you received as reference, and the SKUs of the items you should have received. If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned. The refund request will also not be processed.
