Please choose carefully as we are unable to cancel online orders after they have been placed as they are input directly into our system for efficient processing and delivery.


If one of our items did not meet your expectations you can return it or change it by following this procedure:

1.- Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in our return center HERE.Β 
2.- Indicate which item(s) you would like to return or change and the reason for your return.
3.- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
4.- Drop off your package at the local post office. Note: ALL return costs are at the customer’s expense, we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping, or any duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
5.- Once we receive your package, we immediately authorize an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.


1.- You haveΒ 20 days of receipt of your shipment to decide if an item is right for you.
2.- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, dirty, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.- We do not accept the return / change of garments that use the C.O.D. service. (Cash on delivery). Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
4.- You will not be able to return the following items for hygiene reasons:Jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags).Β Β For bikinis, swimsuits, bodysuits and intimates,Β if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service.
5.- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6.- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) purchased only and exclude any original shipping costs.
7.- Refunds can only be refunded via the original form of payment.

Note: Items shipped internationally that are pending customs clearance where the customer refuses to pay the import taxes will forfeit their original shipping costs. Import duty and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
